Geoblocking

Settings contains station-level choices that affect everything else.

Station identity and timezone

Set the station name and timezone before building a serious schedule. The timezone is especially important when syncing to Radio Site Maker because public show times depend on it.

Bitrate and crossfade

Choose the MP3 bitrate that fits your quality and bandwidth needs. Crossfade controls how tracks overlap in automation. If you change bitrate, Studio asks for confirmation because the stream output changes.

Recording retention

Recording retention decides how long automatic show recordings are kept. Longer retention is useful for podcasts and compliance, but it consumes storage faster.

Geo-blocking

Geo-blocking can limit where the stream is available. Use it only when required by licensing, rights, or station policy, and keep the country list precise.
