Media Library

Media Library is the source of audio for playlists, clocks, voice tracks, and manual fixes.

Upload audio

Use Upload media or drag files into the drop zone. Supported audio is ingested, measured, and stored with metadata so it can be found later by title, artist, album, filename, folder, or type.

Choose the right kind

Mark music as tracks, station IDs as jingles, short transition pieces as sweepers, and reusable background audio as beds. This matters because clocks and rotations use media kind to decide what can fill each slot.

Let a sweeper ride over songs

Jingles, sweepers, promos and paid spots play clean: the song ends, the piece plays in full, the next song starts. No fade touches them and nothing overlaps them, so a station ID's stinger and an advertiser's last word always land. Changing a file's kind, or its cue and fade values, does not change that.

A sweeper produced to sit over the music is the exception. Open it in the editor and turn on Blend over songs. From then on it starts while the previous song is still ending, with that song fading away underneath, and the next song comes up under its tail at full level. Two markers set the timing: the previous song's Start next marker (or the station crossfade, when the song has none) decides how early the sweeper starts, and the sweeper's own Start next marker decides where the next song comes in. Cue in and cue out still trim the file as usual.

The switch is offered on jingles and sweepers only. A file re-typed as a promo or a paid spot plays clean again, whatever the switch says. Clocks and folder pulls keep rotating the file exactly as before; only the transition changes.

Keep storage clean

The storage meter shows how much of the station allowance is used. Remove old imports, duplicate files, or unused recordings before the account reaches the hard limit.

Search and filter quickly

Use the title/artist search box, kind filter, folder filter, and sort menu together. For large libraries, narrow by kind first, then search the name.
