The Website screen is the bridge between RadioHost Studio and Radio Site Maker. It lets your automation schedule become the public schedule on your station website, without copy-pasting show data.
Connect with a code
In Radio Site Maker, open the RadioHost Studio integration area and copy the connection code. Paste it into Studio on the Website screen. This links the two products but does not immediately replace the website schedule.
Import website shows
If your website already has shows, import them into Studio. Titles, weekly times, descriptions, pictures, and presenters are copied in. You still choose what each show plays in Studio: playlist, clock, rerun, live, or another source.
Understand handover states
- Linked means Studio knows the website, but the website still controls its own public schedule.
- Handover pending means Studio has asked to take over, and someone must confirm on the website.
- Studio means Radio Site Maker follows the schedule planned in Studio.
- Off or rejected means no schedule writes are happening from Studio to the website.
Sync presenters
Presenters are owned by the website because photos and bios are public website content. Refresh presenters in Studio, then attach them to schedule events.
Push the latest schedule
When Studio controls the website schedule, changes sync automatically. Use Push latest schedule now after a major edit or when you want to clear a failed sync immediately.
Handle timezone mismatches
Studio warns when its timezone differs from the website timezone. Fix the mismatch before handover, otherwise the same show can appear at the wrong public time.
